1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the winph44 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or placing a wager on winph44, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them, along with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to winph44 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as a proxy or agent for any third party.

winph44 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a player who is 21 years of age or older will be suspended and any balance therein handled in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on winph44. Multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — are strictly prohibited. winph44 reserves the right to close all accounts belonging to the same individual and to void any associated winnings where duplicate account usage is detected.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. winph44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Submitting false or misleading information — including but not limited to name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any bonus credits.

4 Deposits & Payments

All monetary transactions on winph44 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). winph44 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven OTC cash-in, subject to minimum and maximum limits displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your winph44 wallet following confirmation from the payment provider. winph44 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on the payment method must match the registered name on your winph44 account. Deposits made from third-party sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

winph44 does not charge deposit fees for standard payment methods. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which winph44 accepts no liability.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. winph44 targets GCash withdrawal processing within 5 to 15 minutes of request confirmation. Bank transfer withdrawals (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) are typically processed within one to three banking business days.

winph44 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawal requests above thresholds set in accordance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering compliance obligations. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID and/or proof of payment method ownership before the withdrawal is released.

Bonus credits are not directly withdrawable. Bonus funds must first satisfy applicable wagering requirements before the resulting real-money amount becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the individual promotion's terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

winph44 offers promotional bonuses, cashback credits, reload incentives, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods. These specific terms are displayed at the point of bonus activation and supersede any general statements about bonuses.

Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. winph44 employs fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse patterns including, but not limited to, hedging bets across outcomes, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or placing low-risk systematic bets designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk. Where such patterns are detected, winph44 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

7 Fair Use & Prohibited Acts

The following acts are strictly prohibited on winph44 and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform or its games
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions, or display glitches for financial gain
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer game formats
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose
• Accessing winph44 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Reverse-engineering, copying, or attempting to copy any part of the Platform's technology or content

winph44 reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts and void associated balances where prohibited acts are confirmed. Serious violations may be reported to the Philippine National Police, AMLC, or PAGCOR as required by law.

8 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on winph44 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for non-live titles, and professionally managed live dealing for live casino products. RNG systems are independently audited and certified by internationally recognised testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate representations of long-term theoretical returns.

winph44 does not influence game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, winph44 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Member's wallet. Winnings generated during a malfunction are not paid. Game results displayed on the Member's device are considered final where no technical error has occurred on the Platform's server side.

9 Responsible Gaming

winph44 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion tools to all registered Members. These tools are accessible in Account Settings. winph44 strongly encourages all Members to use these features proactively.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

winph44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is detected; (b) fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity is suspected; (c) PAGCOR or another regulatory or law enforcement authority directs such action; or (d) the Member requests self-exclusion.

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not closed due to a Terms breach), any verified real-money balance — excluding bonus credits — will be returned to the Member via the registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. winph44 is not required to pay outstanding bonus balances upon account closure.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, winph44 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform; (b) loss of data or account access due to events outside winph44's reasonable control, including internet outages, device failures, or force majeure events; (c) financial losses resulting from a Member's own gaming decisions.

winph44's total aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the winph44 Platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to winph44. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of winph44. Unauthorised use may be pursued as a violation of Philippine intellectual property law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

winph44 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. By registering on winph44, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, PAGCOR compliance, and AMLC reporting where required by Philippine law. 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of winph44 shall be submitted first to winph44's internal dispute resolution process via Live Chat or email support. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority for Philippine online gaming matters.

The parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings relating to these Terms, to the extent that court proceedings become necessary.

15 Amendments to These Terms

winph44 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via on-site notification and/or SMS to the registered Philippine mobile number at least seven days prior to the effective date of the change, where reasonably practicable. Where changes are required immediately by regulatory directive, they may take effect without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
